Yin Yoga

Puts more emphasis on the deeper connective tissues, the joints, the fascia, it can even help the bones. It adds flexibility, mobility and strength to the whole body, stimulating energy flow.  Expect to be in poses for 3-5 mins without forcing.

Deep Stretching
Yin Yoga focuses on holding poses for longer periods, usually three to five minutes. This allows the body to release tension deep in the connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. The practice promotes flexibility and improves circulation in areas often overlooked during faster-paced yoga styles.
Calming and Restorative
A Yin Yoga class emphasizes stillness and mindfulness, encouraging students to relax into each posture with the support of props if needed. The slow pace and meditative approach help quiet the mind, reduce stress, and create a grounding sense of inner peace.
