
Teaching yoga has afforded me the opportunity to cultivate wonderful connections with students and teachers and impart years of study and skills and practice with others. It is my honor and privilege to engage with others as a teacher (and continued student) in the practice of yoga.
I am fortunate to have had so many wonderful teachers and mentors throughout the years: studying the various styles and lineages of Ashtanga, Anusara, Yin, Restorative, Chair and Trauma Sensitive yoga along with Fascia release techniques.
My journey teaching began years ago after completing my first training in 2006. My personal practice has helped me through some challenging times and teaching has allowed me to share the joy of both movement and community with my students. It is with gratitude that I begin every morning and with gratitude that I end every evening. I look forward to practicing with you and connecting through movement and breath.
